A beautifully colour balanced pair of our Lansdown Chairs upholstered in Turkish Kilim rugs - actual rugs rather than a Kilim imitation fabric ! 

We line the underside of the rugs (effectively a double upholstery technique) as the Kilim weaving technique is known as 'slitweave' and needs a little extra support to bring out the best of the symmetrical patterns and texture.

We import the Kilim rugs ourselves, directly from rug sellers in Istanbul.
