19th Century Red Leather Library Chair

May '21 - now SOLD

A very comfortable and characterful leather library chair in a red leather that dates from a little later than the chair frame. Really quite similar to the chair in this picture from Athaeneum Library, and in a classic 'Club' red leather, as per the picture from the saloon in Boodle's, St James's Street, London SW1. Very nice brass castors and a good general condition - please do call or email if you would like more photographs !

In July 2016 we were commissioned to make a pair of these. Many of our repeatable designs have been created this way - the copying of original frames to allow us to manufacture genuine reproductions.
