As a result of our trip to Istanbul in 2015, we now have a fabulous source for semi-antique kilims. This is one of our Lansdown Chairs upholstered in the traditional flat weave rugs, full of Anatolian mysticism and charm !

It is very difficult to upholster a large chair like the Lansdown with only one rug, so we try to blend characteristics from two rugs to gain colour and pattern interest.
