A 'His & Hers' pair in that one of these restored leather club chairs is bigger than the other. We have seen a few of these in our time, and it is generally a sign of the flexibility of good furniture makers to 'bespoke' standard designs to the client's preference - something we do today with our new chairs and sofas.

The cyclindrical nature of the arms is another feature of this pair, as is the loose back cushion and the seat cushion sitting snuggly beneath the arms. The bun feet sit upon brass castors, which are also fitted to the back legs.

The sizes to the right are of the larger chair. The smaller chair is 95cms deep x 68cms wide x 85cms high.
